Club West AI begins with operating costs rather than a predetermined AI product. Improvements may involve process redesign, software consolidation, workflow automation, integrations, conventional software, or custom internal tools.

The core engagement is the Six-Figure Savings Partnership:

- A paid $7,500 Savings Opportunity Assessment determines whether a credible six-figure opportunity exists.
- The assessment produces a written Savings Opportunity Plan with the operating baseline, recommended improvements, implementation economics, risks, dependencies, and verification methods.
- Implementation is scoped and approved separately. Approved implementation and new operating costs are deducted before net savings are calculated.
- Club West AI earns 30% of verified first-year net savings. The $7,500 assessment fee is credited against that success fee when the client proceeds.
- The client retains 70% of verified first-year net savings and 100% of continuing savings after month 12.
- Unsupported, speculative, or disputed savings do not qualify for the success fee.

Strong candidates typically have at least $5 million in annual revenue, 20 or more employees, $1 million or more in annual payroll, or comparable administrative complexity. Businesses between $2 million and $5 million may qualify when transaction volume, labor cost, or operational complexity is unusually high.
